The boat looks very good for the age, the first and current owners have maintained the vessel with professional aplomb.
The gel coat topsides is showing mild oxidation and the non-skid deck shows little wear.
There are a couple of areas on deck that have small repairs.
There is minor paint peeling at the mast step.
One salon window to port has silicone caulking across the upper edge and there is crazing in some of the acrylic salon windows facing forward.
There is some light clouding in the isinglass on the dodger above the cabin entry.
As a whole this boat is in excellent shape and could make someone a wonderful Caribbean cruiser.
